How we work with customers
- We take orders from workshops, parts shops, businesses, transport fleets and vehicle owners.

- We match the oil or part to the vehicle before confirming an order — model, year, part number or size.
The PREMIER partnership
PREMIER is a German brand of engine oils and automotive fluids owned by AutoChemie Bitterfeld GmbH. On 24 July 2024, AutoChemie announced the brand’s launch in Iraq through a partnership with AL-ISSAM DHAHABI.
According to the announcement, the brand concept was developed jointly by the two partners to pair German quality with modern technical solutions, and AL-ISSAM DHAHABI plays a key role in growing the brand across the Middle East.
